A new decade dawns and all the signs point to the fact that investment in residential property is now truly back in favour.
As a degree of certainty returns to the UK, post election and as Brexit moves forward, we see a renewed interest in residential property as an investment vehicle. We predict returns, including Capital uplift and Rental Yield, to be between 6% and 8% in central London this year.
Certainly asking prices in London and the South East are pretty punchy at a traditionally quiet time of the annual property cycle. And demand for rental properties is also good.
